Honoring Steve Blevins

On Feb. 15th, Volleyball in Tidewater lost a Pillar.

Steve lost a very long battle with cancer and was laid to rest on the 19th.

Outbreak, as it is known today, was re-tooled by his wife Valerie with Steve standing by her side. Steve gave freely of his time and knowledge to help lay the foundation for Outbreak.
